It's definitely been a minute since I last hung out with Chimz and Lis :) BJ crew re-united! Such fab times catching up over hearty noodles and DELISH 5 spice chicken!!

We are more than halfway through our Spring semester and today marked the end of our 10-week classes. It was high tide that we scooted our booties over to the nearest Crepevine to do some sort of celebration - making our usual Thursday night dinners EVEN MORE FUN!

Good times lovies - I can feel a sore throat coming on from all that laughing we did tonight :)

We tried out this new burrito place today in Glen Park but I don't have a picture to show for it. I guess I've been craving for it that badly that I didn't get a chance to take a pic before it was gone. :(

However, I can tell you that it doesn't even come close to how greasily good El Farolito's super burritos are!

Twins' Bday Bash!

I had the opportunity this weekend to party up with MCB and the fam for a bday bash to ring in the twins' big bday @ HK Lounge. It was a first time experience for many, but not for me! I pitched in and recommended the coffee spareribs which everyone eagerly anticipated and liked with enthusiasm :) And, I found another kind of noodles to loveeeee: yee mein!

A mediocre trio

We found this Thai place in Sac-town and saw that it had decent reviews so we thought we'd give it a shot. It was meh and I doubt I'll be going back again any time soon...

2+2+1

Impromtu din's are the best. Though I was slightly worried about the lineup, I had full faith that we would all leave with our tummies achingly full. S made brussel sprouts n' pineapples. Might sound like an odd combo but wait til you get a chance to swirl those flavors in your mouth! H made some super creative turkey sliders. Way to go killin' off the rest of the big bird! K made butternut squash - YUMS! MCB pranced in all stylish with a bottle of pinot noir and yours truly made garlic "breath hummin'" noodles! Nothing could wrap up a better night than catching the last bits of The Amazing Race over TollHouse cookies! Once again, thank u loves for hosting :0

Guacamoleeee

For L's housewarming, I was initially going to make artichoke dip, but during the week, I came across this super easy and delish sounding guac recipe! I nearly gawked (lol) at how easy it was!

On the day of, I was having allergy issues so I commissioned K to do the dirty work while I bawsed on :-) take a lookie at the process!
