I love the idea that I'm cooking again! It feels great to do it and I'm amazed at how I'm finding the time to do so. I even squeezed in a run too!

Dinner - in

Our quiet night in with homemade dinner. My cooking is a bit rusty I'll admit but MCB did most of it anyway!

Impromptu catchup!

These days it's pretty hard for us to get together to catch up since we're all juggling multiple hats. But I'm super glad we found some time after class today to grab a bite and catch up. Funny how we each were all so cautious of the time so we'd all get a chance to talk :)

Farewell Chantel!

My first goodbye party for my wonderful coworker C and I've only been there for 2.5 months. No one else is leaving again anytime soon please! However, she did make a super awesome cake for us as a parting gift. It's so yummy I'm going to have to ask her for the recipe =p

Today was definitely one of the colder hikes that I've been on. We were all expecting the sun to show up but it never made it...

My brother's gf was kind enough to bring us a tart for our bday celebration. The fruit tart with the custard filling and buttery crust was super yummy! Thanks G! :D
